The use of CDs and DVDs in the learning environment today is well accepted. That means, though, there have been lots who have gone before us and we've needed to produce items of value both intellectually and economically. We think we're doing just that.

Designed for a general audience, BUILDING ETHICAL CONFIDENCE will prepare anyone for dealing with everyday ethical dilemmas. Decisions made often involve matters of ethical behavior that are unrecognized at the time. This course will help the participant think about the greater implications of their behavior while making the 'right choice' moving forward

This is a video of our GF03 Course, a program we deemed so very important in today's world that we've taped and edited it, and produced a program that gives participants the same impact as a live instructor. For this first DVD production by the Maine Masonic College (and perhaps the first non-Masonic educational production by a Masonic group ever!), we chose the very well-received ethics course taught by Sam McKeeman. In today's world, ethics is more important than ever and this video will help bring the subject into sharp focus using examples that will relate to all participants. Anyone viewing this video will benefit.

This is a general program, not geared to Masons alone. In fact, this class is specifically designed and presented for ANY audience.

It's THREE programs in one:

1. It's a 90 minute video presentation. The speaker discusses 'making the right decision' when presented with many options. Whether alone or in a small group, you can watch this program in one evening - and then review the handout material at your leisure.
   
2. It's a three hour course. The instructor encourages discussion and accordingly, where the on-site class would stop to discuss handout material, you simply pause the video, break into small groups, and take the time to more fully discuss your thoughts and feelings on the subject. There are no right/wrong answers and the handouts present scenarios that anyone will relate to. In the 'Extras' subdirectory on the DVD is a PDF file with all handouts discussed by the instructor during the class. Make as many copies as you need for your class/group.
3. It's a day-long seminar. Also in the 'Extras' folder on the DVD is a Facilitator's Handbook with more handouts as well as guidance manual for anyone willing to be a facilitator. It gives you suggestions for discussion topics that go beyond the presentation itself so you can tailor the class very specifically to your audience.
