The OTHER Simpkins' Store...
"The plainest lodge room in the land was over Simpkins' Store...."
This Masonic Poem written in 1898 about a simple Masonic lodge room which had been the 'home' for so many has brought a smile and, perhaps, a whiff of nostalgia for simpler times to many a Mason during the past century. We have named our online 'store' to evoke the memory of that poem which has filled the hearts and spirits of so many. You can read a copy of it here on the web site of the Grand Lodge of Colorado.
